Effective October 1, 2023: Members of the public who wish to address the Council, by providing public comment, during the meeting must do so in-person in the Civic Center Council Chambers at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor, where the meeting is being publicly held. As an alternative, members of the public may also provide written public comment submitted via email to: towncouncil@townofwindsor.com, please submit them via email to the Council by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

  1. Adopt a resolution of the Town Council approving a Subdivision Improvement Agreement for Old Redwood Highway Villages Subdivision and directing its execution by the Mayor, approving the Final map therefore, accepting certain offers of dedication subject to improvement, and making findings in accordance with the State Subdivision Map Act and the Town of Windsor Subdivision Ordinance and authorizing the Town Manager to execute a Landscaping and Lighting Assessment Districts and 1982 Act Benefit Assessment District Agreement.

Adopt a resolution authorizing submittal of individual grant applications and related authorizations for the CalRecycle Beverage Container Recycling Grant Program for the purchase and installation of park drinking fountains, including bottle filling stations and authorize the Town Manager as the Town's Designee for all matters regarding the application and project.

Biennial Review/Revision of Town Conflict of Interest Codes

 

Acting jointly as the Town Council, Windsor Redevelopment Successor Agency, and the Windsor Joint Powers Financing Authority, adopt a resolution superseding Resolution No. 3787-22 and any conflicting resolutions and designating positions required to file Statements of Economic Interests and thereby amending the Conflict of Interest Codes.

 

Recommendation to Windsor Water District Board: 

Adopt a Windsor Water District resolution superseding Resolution No. 1908-22 WWD designating positions required to file Statements of Economic Interests and thereby amending the Windsor Water District’s Conflict of Interest Code.
